These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of coreID, a centralized identity and billing platform operated by corePHP ("corePHP", "we", "us", or "our") that provides single sign-on, subscription management, and entitlement services across the corePHP product suite, including coreLeads, coreSEO, coreSocial, and coreCRM (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use coreID. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, enable multi-factor authentication where required by your organization, and remain responsible for all activity on your account.
coreID issues OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect credentials that let you sign in to connected corePHP products, manages your subscriptions and payment methods, exposes real-time entitlement and usage data via API, and applies bundle pricing across products. Individual products you access through coreID may be governed by additional product-specific terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and automatically renew until cancelled. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars, exclusive of taxes. Payments are processed by our payment partner, CardConnect; by providing a card you authorize us to store a tokenized payment profile and charge recurring fees. Bundle discounts (10% for 2 products, 15% for 3, 20% for 4+) apply automatically while you maintain active subscriptions to the qualifying products and are recalculated on each renewal.
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you dispute a charge, contact us within 30 days of the invoice date and we will review it in good faith.
You agree not to:
corePHP retains all rights in the Services, including the coreID platform, the corePHP marks, and the underlying software. You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
When you authorize a connected application via OAuth, you instruct coreID to share the scopes you approve (such as profile, email, subscriptions, billing, entitlements, or usage) with that application. Third-party applications are governed by their own terms and privacy practices; we are not responsible for how they handle your data once you grant access.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, corePHP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

This Privacy Policy describes how corePHP ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use coreID, our centralized identity and billing platform for the corePHP product suite (coreLeads, coreSEO, coreSocial, coreCRM, and additional products we may offer). We designed coreID so that a single account and subscription can travel with you across our products — and this policy explains what that means for your data.
We use your information to:
When you sign in to a corePHP product or an approved third-party app through coreID, you authorize us to share the specific OAuth scopes you approve — for example profile, email, subscriptions, billing, entitlements, or usage. We share only what the approved scopes cover. You can review and revoke authorized applications from your coreID account at any time.
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate coreID, including CardConnect (payment processing), our cloud hosting provider (compute, storage, and managed databases), and email delivery services. These providers access personal data only to perform services for us under written contracts that restrict their use of that data.
We may disclose information to comply with law, valid legal process, or enforceable government requests; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, safety, or property of corePHP, our users, or the public. In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may transfer subject to this Privacy Policy.
We protect your account with password hashing, optional and enforceable multi-factor authentication, encrypted session storage, TLS in transit, and least-privilege access controls. We monitor for suspicious authentication and rotate credentials when integrity is at risk. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to earn the trust of placing your identity at the center of your workflow.
We retain account, subscription, and billing records for as long as your account is active and for the period required to meet tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations (typically seven years for financial records). Security and audit logs are retained for up to two years. When retention periods end, we delete or anonymize the data.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights directly from your coreID account settings or by contacting us. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
coreID uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, maintain CSRF protection, and remember the product you came from during OAuth flows. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on coreID.
coreID is a business product and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
coreID is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S. under appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Services or applicable law. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect, and the effective date above will be revised.
